How To Enroll

Enrollment for the 2013-2014 school year is now open.
Admission is open to all appropriately-aged children who reside in Philadelphia, PA.

Step 1

The Application for Admission must be submitted online to the Director of Enrollment, Deborah Sperbeck by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2013. We will not accepted applications sent by mail or fax. We will not accept duplicate or multiple applications. If multiple applications are submitted, only the first application will be considered.

Step 2

Once the completed Application for Admission is received, you will receive a confirmation number and your child's name will be entered into our lottery, which will take place on Thursday, March 7, 2012 at noon. Incomplete applications will not be processed or entered into the lottery.

Step 3

If your child is accepted into Russell Byers Charter School through the lottery, you will have 48 hours from the time you are notified of acceptance to submit the required documents. If these documents are not submitted within that time, your child's space will be given to another student.
