UPDATE 03/13/2020 08:00: We continue to work closely with the Phia. Dept of Health and the School district to monitor the ongoing situation and plans have been put into place coordinating with PSD and the Charter Office should we need to take further preventative measures to keep our students, staff, and community safe.  As you may have heard, Montgomery County has issued orders, effectively shutting down schools and non-essential businesses for two weeks to help contain and manage the COVID-19 outbreak. While this has little impact on RBCS at this time, PSD has closed 63 schools that are close to the Montgomery County border to assist in this containment effort.
